The maps in the World Atlas of Artificial Sky Brightness  are copyright but may be reproduced by the press in articles citing our research with the following credit/copyright statement:

The same permission and credit hold for the two maps of the total night sky brightness and the limiting magnitude in Europe.

Even if not mandatory, authors would appreciate:
